We are a small team of experts in telecoms services and telecoms consultancy, focused on helping you deliver expert customer experience and quality assurance. We pride ourselves on our extensive knowledge of the network and technologies and are keen to support our clients with this and provide secure, easy to use systems.

Our team works below works in a hybrid environment from home, in London and from our office in St. Albans, aided by our telephony software.

Giuseppe has always been interested in new technologies and how they enhance business performance, founding VOIspeed Ltd. and more recently Adooa Ltd.
After a technical experience working for Motorola, Thomson and Alcatel, Giuseppe gained an MBA at the Cambridge Judge Business School. Giuseppe sings in a local choir with whom he enjoys going on tour.
With a First class degree in Information Systems and Management from Birkbeck, Said worked as a Systems Administrator for the ATM industry, before moving to technical support and software development with us. After work, Said kept on his toes with his two young children. He is also our team board games guru, great at initiating the rest of us in new games.
Charlotte has a background in communications (policy advice for businesses) and languages, and uses these skills for marketing our comms software and services. She is also responsible for company accounts and policies.
After work Charlotte enjoys playing clarinet in Fleetville Swing Band and swinging a tennis racket too.
Dan is local to St. Albans, and a graduate computer scientist from Hertfordshire University.
He brings to the team in-depth knowledge of the telephony user interface and IT networking issues a listening ear and a wide smile! Dan is great front of house for Adooa, and is also a fan of board games, fantasy football and good food.
